If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be sent within 2 working days. If you have selected a made to order item, it will be produced by one of our jewellers. This currently takes approximately 4-6 weeks time. Gold plating requires an extra stage in production so may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation of order email and may not hear from us until your item is shipped. It all comes down to budget and colour preference, the most durable options are platinum and 18ct gold.
Your ring size is not related to your clothing size and we don’t recommend you guess your size! We recommend you get measured professionally at your local jewellery store, or you can purchase our complimentary sizing tool. If your ring needs to be resized there will be a charge for this.
Yes we can, depending on the ring and the difference in size it will incur a fee. Simply send your items back to us packaged securely so it doesn’t get damaged, and include this returns form. If you have purchased the ring in a store, please return it directly to the store.

We use 23ct gold over Sterling Silver. Gold plating naturally wears off over time, to make it last never use any soaps or chemicals while wearing gold plating, including washing hands. Read our care instructions for more information.

No our metals do not contain nickel but our gold plated pieces may contain traces of nickel.
No, we prefer the natural beauty of the metals. We do rhodium plate on request and like any plating, it needs to be cared for well and may need to be replated every year or so.
