We know it can be tricky figuring out your ring size (and that of a loved one too!), so we have put together our most frequently asked questions with tips and tricks to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I find out my ring size? If you are unsure of your size, our Ring Sizing Tool will help you measure your size at home and ensure you select the right fit when ordering your special piece. You can purchase a ring sizer here and learn how to use one in this post.
How does your sizing work? We use the US numerical sizing system. However if you are familiar with the UK alphabetical system, you can find our conversion chart here.
What if I'm between sizes? For quarter sizes within our standard size range (5-10), add this to your order notes. For sizing outside of our standard range, please contact our customer care team to see whether this size can be made.
How do I secretly find out my partner's ring size? Very carefully trace the inside of one of their rings on a piece of paper. Measure the diameter and let us know this number. Remember, every mm counts!
Does size vary for different fingers? Yes, sizing can differ between fingers and hands. So, it's good to decide which finger and hand you would like to wear your ring on before ordering.
Will my size vary for different ring styles? Yes, for medium to wide bands we suggest going up 1/2 a size. For a wider band, such as our Solaire Band Wide, we recommend 1 size up. Sizing can also differ for chunkier pieces, such as our Orb Ring. If you're unsure, our Customer Care Team are always here to help!
Can temperature affect my ring size? Yes, your rings may fit looser in winter, on a cold day or early in the morning, and tighter in summer, on a hot day, in the afternoon, after showering, exercise or flying and also when you're pregnant.
It's best to size yourself when you're relaxed and not too hot or cold.
What happens if I get my size wrong? Because every ring is made especially for you, it's best to try and get it right the first time to avoid having to wait for a new one to be made. We can resize your ring, depending on the design and the difference in size - however this may incur a fee. Also, a few of our pieces can't be resized due to their designs.
We recommend measuring your size more than once for the most accurate read and measuring it every time you purchase a ring in case your size has changed, as your size may not be the same as it was a few years ago.
