Made-to-order means your piece will be made especially for you. This sets in motion a series of actions behind the scenes which involve just about our whole team! Including our production team who place the order for the materials to be used for your piece, to customer service who keep you up to date on its progress, through to our in-house jewellers who finish your piece by hand and stone setter who sets the precious gemstones. And finally, our dispatch team who arranges for your special piece to make its journey to you!

Our made-to-order process can take between 4-6 weeks, this is what we call a lead time. These lead times are regularly updated on our website, are specific to each piece and can be viewed on every product page above the add to cart button. Additional production processes such as gold plating, engraving and stone setting can add extra length to the lead time. You might have to wait a little, but trust us, it's worth it! We are grateful every time you choose to support our creativity & makers in New Zealand and appreciate your patience & understanding.

For pieces you can't wait to wear, we hold limited quantities of our most-loved designs in-stock, including a selection of Ceremonial rings available online & in our Auckland Showroom. These pieces we call ready-to-ship and can be dispatched or ready to pick up within 48 hours.
