General

Meadowlark may collect personal information from members for the purpose of facilitating the Inner Circle. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Meadowlark privacy policy.
Meadowlark may, at any time, require a Member to provide proof of identification to verify the authenticity of membership and compliance with membership terms and conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member’s involvement in the Inner Circle.

Membership

An individual is deemed a Member to the Inner Circle when they create an account online or in our store. Customers with accounts created prior to the launch of Inner Circle (17 November 2022) will automatically be joined.
When joining in our store, a sales associate will record the individual’s full name and email address. Other details may be optionally recorded. An individual may update their Member Profile at any time by logging into their account on the Meadowlark website.
It is the Member’s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, surname, birthday, phone and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated Meadowlark account with correct details, we may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, rewards or special offers.

Tier Allocation & Benefits

Upon joining the Meadowlark Inner Circle, a Member will be allocated to an Inner Circle tier based on your spend over 12 months.
We have allocated you a tier based on your purchase history from the last 12 months. Please note, points only start to accrue after you have joined the Inner Circle. Your spend is reviewed annually, and your tier benefits will be updated accordingly.
Rewards are communicated via email and may be viewed by logging into your account here. Customers must therefore, have a valid email address and be opted in to receive Meadowlark marketing emails in order to receive benefits.
Points will accrue when your order has been paid for in full, and once the 7 day pending period has expired.
Payments using Afterpay and deposits will not be recognised until full payment is completed and post delivery.
Where customers have made purchases which are connected to multiple accounts with varied emails or a combination of with/without email we will endeavour to merge accounts at Meadowlark’s discretion. Proof of identity may be required in order to confirm the correct handling of accounts.

Reward Points

Reward points are earned on purchases of Meadowlark jewellery products on the Meadowlark website and in the flagship store.
When purchasing gift vouchers, the Member purchasing the gift voucher will be rewarded the points.
Reward points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent on eligible pieces. Once you reach 400 points, you can redeem a $20 voucher towards your next purchase.
Reward points will remain as ‘pending’ for 7 days after your purchase, to take into account our return policy.
Reward points after the 7 day pending period will be released to your account.
Reward points have an expiry date of 12 months after being issued.

All Reward Vouchers

All reward vouchers can be redeemed in the Meadowlark store and online on all Meadowlark pieces.
All reward vouchers cannot be redeemed for services, cash, store credit or gift vouchers.
All reward vouchers can only be used once, if an item purchased using a voucher is returned, the credit will be for the amount paid excluding the voucher.
All reward vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction and no change will be given.
All reward vouchers and purchases made by redeeming vouchers are subject to the terms of trade as set by Meadowlark Jewellery, which may change from time to time.
A unique and valid email addresses must be active (subscribed to the Meadowlark newsletter) at the time of receiving the reward voucher.

Reward Vouchers

Reward vouchers available to be redeemed are dependent on your tier.
Reward vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If purchases which earn a reward voucher are later refunded, the voucher may be voided and/or points removed to update your points balance.

Birthday Reward Vouchers

The above all reward voucher terms & conditions apply.
Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the Inner Circle member’s birthday date.

Tier Reward Vouchers

The above all reward voucher terms & conditions apply.
Tier Reward vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Double Point Days

Double point days will occur on days selected by Meadowlark Jewellery and advised to customers by email.
Double reward points will accrue on all items, at the value of 2 points per $1 spent.
Double points will accrue automatically, and reward vouchers issued within the 7 day pending period.

Early Access to Sales

Early access to sales will occur on days selected by Meadowlark Jewellery and advised to customers by email.
Available on selected promotions only.

New Collection Previews

Access to new collection previews will occur on days selected by Meadowlark Jewellery and advised to customers by email.
New Collection Previews are available to all tiers.

Special Offers

Special offers will occur on days selected by Meadowlark Jewellery and advised to customers by email.
Special offers are only available to Ruby and Diamond tiers.

One Complimentary Engraving

Our free engraving is available only for Diamond tier members, and is only applicable for one engraving, one position up to the value of $85.
Engraved pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Technical limitations may apply as some materials/styles may not be suitable for engraving
