Online Dispatch & Website Co-ordinator

The role includes customer service, dispatching online orders and managing the website.

Responsibilities include and not limited to:
• Responding to customer inquiries (assisted by another staff member)
• Processing and dispatching all online orders 
• Updating the website imagery and information (imagery supplied by designer)
• Uploading new collections 

Experience required:
Experience in customer service & dispatch is a must
Experience with Shopify
An understanding of website technicalities and user experience
A positive attitude 
Great time management 
Attention to detail
Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp is a bonus

This is a full time role based in our central Auckland office. You will work closely with our creative director.
